This unit establishes the groundwork by defining Artificial Intelligence, its history, and its specific relevance to the supply chain. Students will explore what it means for an organization to become “AI-Ready,” moving from traditional processes to data-driven intelligence

Explore the core techniques that power modern AI. This unit transitions from theory to practice, introducing AI Agents and their specific roles in automating and enhancing various stages of the supply chain lifecycle

Focus on the strategic “upstream” of the supply chain. Learners will investigate how AI can streamline the procurement process, including automated proposal analysis and the use of data for objective supplier assessment and continuous monitoring.

Move from concept to execution. This unit covers the technical and strategic considerations for deploying AI solutions. Participants will learn how to structure the architecture of an AI project to ensure it is scalable, effective, and aligned with business goals
